Indigos From Sirius B

Humans don't have this eye color. These are all Indigos from Sirius B, an extraction team known as the Guardian Alliance here to help you out of the prison dimension.

These aren't just blue, they're electric or 'aetheric' blue.

When Type 3 Indigos complete their first mission (see INDIGO TYPES) after 1998 they recycle back into bodies with 4th dimensional powers, known as the 144,000. The keeper explained they are the ones who will head up the education of humans moving on to the next level of awareness (they refer to as '5D', because the awareness of the avatar is always 1 dimension higher than the physical body). They sometimes birth-in with these new 'aetheric' eye colors and can often see with their eyes closed, move things with their thoughts & more.

These are all walk-ins at the point of age 12 (for new recycles starting in 1999) when the body is old enough and strong enough to handle the enormous power of a Type 1 carrying 30-48 Strand DNA. The role of a Type 3 is brutal, functioning from 18-24 Strand DNA level of awareness. So by the time they fulfill their first mission to restore the past timelines of their secret Lost Souls of Tara group they are hosting, they are ready to leave. 30-48 Strand DNA codes are far too high of frequency for a 3D avatar to hold until they are considered 'adult' and would just burst into flames if a lower-frequency being didn't 'babysit' the body until that age for them. That is the role the Type 3 is serving here now in that avatar's first stage.

The 144,000 have other advanced abilities as well according to the keeper, with elevated IQ, clairvoyance, telepathy and more. All in order to prepare humans for the next stage of their journey. The 144,000 *are special, but they are not 'ascending' first, and in fact, will be the last ones to leave after humans have been fully educated and the next dimension has been built.

Some of these new eye colors look more like star clusters than normal eyes, and now are even being seen in purple and ultraviolet. This is called Alexandria's Genesis Syndrome. These are never-seen-before eye colors I'm referring to, not what your ancestors might have had. They look magic because they sort of are.
